  1. Hi ya! I'm 2 yrs 2 months post op. I reached goal 6 months ago and have been holding pretty steady until this last month. I made a goal not to gain weight (which i do every holiday) this winter. I've been sticking to low carb which has suited me well thus far and i've lost an additional 5lbs this month. Breakfast 1 egg, 2 bacon, 1/2 toast snack motz cheese lunch roast beef 3oz and brocolli 1 oz Snack cottage/motz cheese dinner grilled chicken (or other protien) and veggies I drink coffee all through the day and use cream and ideal sweetner, sometimes i use vanilla (not sugar free or fat free) creamer 5tbs. When I eat I start with protien first then work my way around. I eat until I feel satisfied not full and then I make sure Im active. Don't buy what you shouldn't have. chips are my downfall so I don't buy them. I have Snacks and sweets a few times a week that don't fit in with low carb (ie a doughnut last night) but for the majority of the time I focus on protien first.

    Waxing...down There.

Okay another question, when you get a brazillian how soon after do you feel comfortable enough to have sex? How long for the swelling (if there is any) or redness to go away? Do they get EVERY hair there? How about the few random hairs that are very close to delicate areas?

  5. I eat pretty much like i did in losing phase. For Breakfast today I had 1 egg, 2 bacon, 1/2 toast with butter. lunch a ceaser salad (2cups) with dressing, bacon, parm cheese and a couple croutons. Thanksgiving dinner 1/2 a roll, 2oz ham,. 1oz turkey, 4 bites mac cheese, 3 green Beans, 1/2 a roll and 1/2 a slice of pumpkin pie. This is pretty typical of what I eat daily although i ate more carbs than normal. I eat cheese and almonds a lot for Snacks. I stay away from drinks other than coffee and Water and I keep an eye on carbs.
  6. Shoot i read you were preop. I dont see why you can't have a couple drinks before your surgery just make them low carb and dont do it a few days before surgery. It doesn't stay in yoru blood stream that long.

  9. You could but go slow, it hits you way harder now and you risk passing out. That happened to me once.

    Gaining Weight

Stop doing that! I binged and acted like every meal was my last the month before surgery and I gained about 10-15 lbs. It caused stretch marks on the outside of my upper arms that I can never get rid of. They weren't there before that last month

    Aceves Or G. Alvarez

I adore Aceves! I'm below goal, the hospital was the cleanest I have ever been in, everything went so smoothly. I wouldn't go to anyone, anywhere in the world, over Aceves!
  16. Just popped over to VSG board to check on you! Glad you made it through okay! Are you ready for the most amazing ride of your life????

    Full Body Lift?

I'd get a second opinion. Having no nipples seems crazy and no matter how big her breast were or how much tissue that shouldn't make a difference. Shamr0ck, I'd love to see your pre/post op pics. I'm planning on a lbl soon.

I Need Help And Im Very Sad

You are 5 months out, why are you still doing shakes? Those won't keep you full as much as solid foods. I'd go more low carb and if you insist on doing shakes premier protein is the best.

Is Anyone Afraid Of Losing Too Much Weight?

I'm 5'6" and I would only be concerned if I went below 120. Since I've been at the same weight for a while now I don't think that's going to happen.

To Tell Or Not To Tell Your Significant Other

I'd only tell him if he could keep his mouth shut to his family. If he can't I'd suggest you move on anyway.

    Question For Those At Goal

Yep, never thought I would be considered "small" but I loved anything that I lost. I remember saying if I never go past size 14 I'll be happy, and I would have been happIER but now that I'm at 4/6 it's even better
  24. I hate exercise if you talk about running on a treadmill for an hour or whatever. I do, however, have a very active lifestyle. I am a housekeeper so I do housekeeping for about 6-12 hours a week and I've grown to love hula hooping and tried rowing and I spend about 2hrs give or take with those. You won't find me in a gym but I do stay active.
  25. I lost over 100% of my excess weight. I'm now about 5lbs under goal at "normal" bmi
