Thanks do much for all your help. before May3 I never drank water if I got 20 oz a week that was a lot for me. so what you are saying does make sense.

I always check what you have to say and research, I have not got my date set yet probably around Sept. Oct. I have started trying to drink my 64 oz of water and when I do I gain 4-11 pounds in that day

I even have tried to take lacix (sp) water pills and I still gain. I wopndering is this going to effect my weight loss after surgery. just some imput please. I am also going to make an appointment with my PCP.
