CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Yes, getting below 300 is a BIG deal... I feel your joy!
I'll look forward to seeing your "I just went under 200' post...
But for today, WOW! Congratulations. Well Done!

Thanks for our response...I travel a couple of times a week...an though some TSA folks are nice, others are not.... Hopefully I won't be setting the machines off....
-
Hi...I was surprised by your reference to staples causing a problem getting through TSA...first I have heard of this...where did you learn this???? Thanks

Honesty is the best policy...but if that doesn't work for you...when asked what the surgery is for, a woman can say "female problems"... typically people (especially men)won't ask more questions.

I know part timers at Lowes and Starbucks who have insurance

Your English is great...don't apologize...keep writing and letting people know how you are doing. 90 kilos is 198 pounds... so you are on the path to losing that extra weight. Like Jean told you...sip...walk...sip.. and get that Protein in so you body will heal. Greg

BIG steps..congratulations...
What does Kim say counts as full liquids? And, how long before moving to more solids?
-
Good luck with it...

There are lots of brands...I compared and found that they are not all created equal. Some are high in carbs, others low in Protein. The one I eat has 24 grams of protein in 140 calories. This is far different than the Yoplait Light I used to eat...

I've used a CPap for a couple of years...yes difficult at first..but now I love it. I use a gel mask which covers only my nose...it is soft and comfortable. The noise is much like a white noise machine...soothing. I would encouage you to find a mask that is comfortable, and stick with it. It has changed my life for the better... but like most things worth doing..it takes time. Blessings

Hi...Good luck with the pre-op diet...I am also in Illinois...where are you going to have your surgery? Why did you choose your surgeon? Thanks...

Thanks for sharing this, we who are still antipicating our sleeve need to be aware, and make a good decisions about our surgery. Your sharing is very helpful. Some times I forget that this is major...and just as it will be life-giving it can be life-taking.
Glad to know that you are on the mend. That indeed you've been given a 'second chance.' Blessings!
