Concerned Husband, my neighbor had a laproscopic style hysterectomy recently. The worst pain for her came from the air trapped inside her. She said that the thing that helped the most was moving. Sending big hugs and prayers to you and your wife. Keep us informed.

Thank you! And welcome-I noticed you are relatively new to the board. The people here are wonderful. I am so glad to hear that others have had good experiences with BCBS. I was getting worried :nervous ! How are you feeling since your surgery? Do you live in the D/FW area?

You look great! If you have been exercising regularly-your husband is probably right. Muscle weights more than fat. If you gain it and lose fat you might not see a drop on the scale but you will see a drop in inches. It's been said before-Exercise makes you smaller not lighter.

Welcome Lil one- Congratulations on your weight loss! Thanks for the info-its nice to know we might have other options-especially when it could help burn patients.

I think my cpap is blowing air down the wrong way at night! In one end-out the other! I'm getting DH back for all the torture he has forced me to endure!

Thanks for the cranberry idea! That does sound good. Marie-I have not been to an American Dentist in 10 years! I went to my grandparents dentist in Mexico to have my teeth cleaned about two years ago-He said my teeth didn't need to be cleaned and sent me out the door! (I don't know if it was because they were really clean or because I was already tearing up! ) I am a compulsive "teeth brusher" because I am soooo afraid to get a cavity! I am fortunate because my parents both had alot of dental issues and so they had my adult teeth sealed when they can in. I dread the day when I need dental work! Oops Hi-Jack! Well, I am trying to talk DH into going to the Zoo. If not, I am going to work out at curves.

Curves this AM and PM. Weigh-in is coming up shortly. No weight lost-I eat too much at night and I DONT DRINK MY WATER!!!! Why is it that we do the things we know we shouldn't and we don't do the things we should? Is there a "Drinking water thread?" I could sure use some encouraging in that area.

I really need help with my avatar. It didn't work right. Maybe this week-end I can try again. When I looked at the pic on my comp. it was clear but when I made it fit the specifications-it doesn't look right? Was'up?

Lisa-It's probably good that you don't exercise if you aren't going to bath!!! But really-I am truly sorry that you are having such a hard time. I commend you for doing as much as you do! I have never worked with pix on the computer like that before so my pic did not turn out like I wanted. I will continue to work on it.
