Hi Anna..How have you been doing? I have not been on here for awhile, trying to get the deli up and running. Are you feeling better? y only problem is the stalls, I only lost about 3 pounds in the last month. It is frustrating but I am hoping it stops soon. Have you had any problems with stalls?

How have you been doing? Your weight loss is awesome! We are on week 4 now and looks like neither one of us has hit that palteau(spelling,argh). I hope that we somehow get to miss it. Thanks for the comments on the board, you are always so sweet. My protein illness vanished as mysterously as it appeared. I have no clue what caused it but I am so relieved that it is gone! I went back on clears for 2 days so maybe that helped. How is eating solid foods going for you? I have not been able to eat it yet but I am going to try chicken salad tonight. Keep up the goos work!
