Hi! Just starting out!
Well I'm excited and anxious all at the same time. Been in a low mood all week. I guess it's just nerves. As scared as I am, I would be devastated if it was taken away from me lol. Are you going to do a pre op diet? I suppose you'll find all that out after your meetings though. Lots of luck Xx

Alcohol?
What did your surgeon and team tell you? You should follow their advice...that's usually no alcohol? Just my opinion, but I don't think you should be considering alcohol only 7 weeks out. Take care x

My surgery is one day after you Meintraining...mine is on Wednesday the 29th. Comparison of Chewable Bariatric Multivitamins for Gastric Bypass Patients
I think they are saying that some are far better than others. I think they imply that it's far more cost effective to take one-a-day, rather than 8 per day in some cases. It guess it's swings and roundabouts where these supplements are concerned. But to be honest this study only covered a few brands that specifically target the WLS patient. Of course drug companies are never going to miss a trick. Celebrate seemed to fair better in this study. Anyway, it was just something I came across and thought it might help someone to make up their minds if they, like me, don't know which brand to choose. Xx

Anyone have the Mirena?
Yes it was painful and I had those same symptoms you describe. I was lucky, the cramps and spotting only lasted a month. X
-
Anyone have the Mirena?
It's understandable that the insurance company would insist that obgyns do it, due to the coil being inserted by people who didn't know what they were doing and caused a lot of pain and injury to many. I think the Mirena is good...it certainly helped me. X

Surgeon reviews
Dr. Robert Ludemann Clackamas OR 97015 0 Patients This is only one listed on here....sorry. Xx

Anyone have the Mirena?
The only problem I could see with the Mirena Coil is not with the coil itself, but with the the person inserting it. Not enough training. Xx
-
Anyone have the Mirena?
I have the Mirena along with hormone Patches. Mine was given to balance out hormones when I developed peri-menopausal symptoms. This is my second Mirena coil and I have never had a problem with it at all. I think I can safely say that any weight gain I had was not due to the Mirena. Good luck X

Surgeon reviews
I looked him up here for you and nothing comes up. But then, there are other criteria to enter. Sorry I can't help. Perhaps when you get on to another computer you'll be able to put in more info. When is your surgery? Xx

Surgeon reviews
It's along the top line....just read starting with home, then it's the second from the last. "Surgeons". What's his/her name?

Still weak
Are you taking all your Vitamins supplements? Are you managing to eat well? Did they check your Iron? You are still only 19 days out and probably still recovering from what was a major operation. It's good they could not find anything sinister. I hope you start to better soon. Xx

Help question about hunger
I was going to say that even thirst can mimic or feel like hunger but Lilboo already said. She makes some very good points. Xx
