  6. i do cardio twice a week, and lift weights other two days....the fifth day we have a dance class.....it's great and it makes feel real energetic and motivated. i definitely recommend it.

  11. wowow, it's nice to hear you had a great time in Mexicali.....i had a great time too in the hospital LOL......and i really recommend Dr. Aceves....Mexicali is a nice small town, people are really friendly and always willing to help. I definitely recommend everyone to contact Dr. Aceves, he's an excellent doctor.

  18. i've had some wholewheat tortillas and wholewheat bread and i haven't had any problems.....try a bit it won't hurt.
  19. you'll feel full and satisfied.....you won't want to eat anything more. so don't worry you won't suffer....after sometime if you start eating a bit more, then you'll maybe feel you want to throwup, that's your body saying you've had enough.
