  7. mmm what can i say, it has been difficult for everyone.....what i discovered were those mini cokes - which i know are bad too, but in times of desperation and super craving i would have one of those, and didn't feel so bad.....hope it helps.....goodluck, you can do it.

  15. i divided my meals in 5 small ones, and that helped towards the end of the day. you could try that and see if it works for you. basically low carb foods, veggies and fruit is part of my pre-op diet.

  22. i basically went on a low carb diet, lots of water and lots of vegetables. i could snack on fruit as well. it's takes some effort, but at the end it's all worth it!!! wish you the best.
  23. the basic moves, are just knowing how to move and dance......you follow the instructor and it's really entertaining. You need to have some rythm too, but if you love music and dancing you'll definitely won't have any problems, on the contrary, you'll have the time of your life!!! enjoy.
  24. you'll definitely won't regret it, plus you won't have the urge to eat a big meal, and you'll love the weight loss. of course it's a bit difficult at the beginning, but like everything we need to work hard in order for it to be a success. do you have an idea of a doctor?
