  1. You know I am still a little iffy about the mushies. I had some thinned grits this morning - do ya'll do those in the MW? - and they went down with no problem. In fact, I haven't had any trouble getting anything to go down at this point. I hope as I move to the more solid foods I get a more "full" signal. So far today I had some hot tea, grits, protein shake, bowl of soup, and a glass of water (I put about an 1" of apple juice in my water, it makes it sooo much easier for me to drink). I read about all the carb restriction, and I sort of feel like all I eat are carbs? I guess, I will have to figure it out. But, I am with you beans and cheese, are you sure you aren't from TX, that is soul food in TEXAS!
