Hair loss has stopped!!!

So glad to hear you are doing well. When you say you have lost 50 lbs, is that from surg day or your highest before you went on your pre op diet? What about hair loss? That is what is sooo hard for me right now. I have lost about 53 lbs since surg. I weigh about 165 ish. It goes up and down between 164 and 166. I want to weight at least 150....140 would be even better. Your pictures looks great!

Hey. I am sorry I have not gotten back w you. I forget to check this on here so I have not noticed I had a message. I have not been on here a lot lately either. Anyway. I did use Steven Webb. He was really good. Have you had it done yet?

Hey Shawna, Can you believe I just noticed I had a message. I am so sorry. How are you now? I am stalled and alittle discouraged. I just tried to eat some sliced sandwich ham and a little chicken salad and threw that up. Meat is really hard for me still. I think I am eating too many carbs for that reason. Gotta do something different. I did start exercising tonight though
