All my incisions are doing great except, of course, the largest one that is just above my belly button. I'm eight weeks out and still have occaisional clear drainage. It's also puckered in like another belly button and looks quite ugly. Dr. Aceves said it's no problem since there is no infection, but I'm concerned it will always look like this. Ohhh the vanity.... Can anyone make me feel better about this?:thumbup:

Thanks! That makes me feel better. I sure would love to be able to do a Triathalon someday - or better yet just to look forward to exercising! :Cry:

I'm five weeks out and eat about 600 per days and between 50-70 grams of Protein. I'm exercising (bike riding or speed walking) for an hour each day. Is it still right to keep the calories at 600 or will this bring on a stall for too low net calories?
