Beeba was in chat tonight. She needs help. She is 2 months out from sleeve surgery she had in Lebanon before she moved to Calif. Can't keep any food down, severe nausea. She did not know how to PM anyone, I tried to tell her. There was no one in chat but me.

Great-almost 100 lbs, feeling better than I have in years.

Dr ACEVES is the best and I have lost 75lbs in 3 months. I had no problems at all. I am adjjusting to the smaller stomach without issues. My food preferences have changed in that most protein drinks and desserts are too sweet. I also do not like greasy foods like tacos, chili, hamburgers now. I am eating a lot less bread-can't eat a sandwich as no room for all the bread. I have to remind myself that it is time to eat--that never used to happen. I had no problem with my flight home. I was a little tired but just drank sips of water or juice throughout the trip.

Not bad--no pain except for torn muscle in my right knee. Am taking liquid tylenol to deal with that. I am having some asthma issues but that is common for me after surgery--have appointment with PCP for Monday. I have been walking for excercise as much as knee/asthma allow me to. Had wonton soup (minus the wontons) for lunch. Doing pretty good with fluids and Isopure-might need to increase it by about 20 grams of protein for energy. Sleep is still disturbed from effects of anesthia but getting some better. Not having any difficulty with head hunger or with nasuea--asthma is the biggest issue at this point. Aceves et al were superb!

I am also a therapist. Have been sleeved for 1 week now. Did great with hypnosis for pain control and for some of the head issues around the pre-op diet and am having a very easy time of things right now.

Anyone who attacks you offering your reasons for choosing a doctor are doing so for his/her own agenda of trying to discredit said doctor, Don't waste your breath responding--besides-Alex will only chose to delete anything that he can't make money from anyway. You do a great job of being empahatic and supportive on here. Don't let the a$$holes get to you. Friends, Norma
