  1. I haven't tried any of those, but the Zumba always has interested me. I working on Insanity! by Shaun T right now. Now THAT's Insane... but it's a lot of fun.
  2. Hi Shorty, I'm 5'7 and I do have nice wide set shoulders. My under carriage is 33.75" - so my bra size is 34DDD or F. I was wearing a 34 B/C before augmentation, and IIRC my largest bra size was about a 44D. I had 550cc Silicones placed, without any lifts either. Just a straight augmentation, and my results are AWESOME!!!
  3. Sorry but this is very unsupportive of your Fiance. I'm sorry he said that to you.
  4. Thank you... you nearly brought me to tears right now. Seriously! I've been pushing this aside, even after all this time I didn't believe in myself enough to believe I could or even should do this. I never felt "good enough". But I am... and as hard as it is for me to say something truly and sincerely nice about myself is another step up that staircase to a better me!!! Keep working it y'all!!
  5. I just wanted to check in with you all, I don't come by as much anymore. I'm more at My Fitness Pal or Fitocracy but I do check in here from time to time. I'm always just a message away too. I do get emails when someone sends me a private message here. So, I just thought I'd tell all of you that I plan to become a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor / Nutritionist focusing on Bariatrics and Super Obese patients. Yeah... I sign up for Next Semester a few weeks. I know what I must do!!! Joel Osteens message really REALLY hit me the other day. It must happen!!! So, just as I have shared my story here with all of you, I will soon be sharing my story with thousands of others on a first hand basis. I really want to help EVERYONE SUCCEED!! I know it can be done, even if this is our first, third or five hundredth time working it. Blessings everyone!!!
  6. Don't hold guilt for what you did or didn't do yesterday... Don't worry yourself over what you should or shouldn't do tomorrow... make this very moment count. Do the right thing, right now!!!
  7. Congrats!! Welcome to the Losers Bench!!
  8. That is so exciting ela!!! Congrats, and thanks for sharing it!! wOOt!!
  9. You're in the right mindset! I hope you've taken some head to toe before pics, because the scale isn't always going to show a loss. You will want those for sure! As far as sleep, I got some last night too and today I feel great. So, I get ya on that one. Blessings and Welcome to the Losers Bench!!
  10. Thanks for the info! I'll definitely keep this in mind. How long does the Juvederm last? Also, NO I do not want Wanda lips! LMAO
  11. Well Jimmy I'm better known as Bass Ackwards! ;o) I'm actually thinking of doing the Brazilian Butt Lift next. P90X too. Ha! Speaking of Militaristic Boot Camp, I think you hit the nail right on the head there. My brother went into the Marines out of shape and about 40 Lbs overweight. 3 Months later he came out stick thin and really super absolutely crazy fit. Amazing. I think he wanted to die every day!!!
  12. I'm still doing it!!! I wanted to vomit through todays routine, but I can't get better unless I get through it! Okay Im putting this out there... Insanity is not for beginners. Im not telling anyone NOT to try it nor dont buy it. Im saying, I workout minimum one hour a day, six days a week. Ive also been doing this much workout pert near my whole life. Insanity is STILL kicking my ass big time, so what I am saying is, this program is really for people who are already quite physically fit and who are looking to take this to the next level. The disclaimer at the beginning of each DVD even says so. My suggestion to anyone considering this program is, wait until you are really ready for it. Anyone can do it, I truly believe that! But be warned, its really really tough. Id hate for anyone to buy and try it, and become discouraged. Start with other sets first, like Jillian Michaels or other Shaun T DVDs... once you master those, then give Insanity a try. Whatever you do though, KEEP IT MOVING!!
  13. Keep in mind that weight loss takes a lot of time to accomplish! Stay strong and work hard, you will get there.
  14. Hi Ela!!! It sounds like you're doing really great, congrats!! ((( ))) Hey, just kick butt girly, and you'll get your rewards in one way or another.
  15. A_C - I'm SO GLAD you had the surgery!!! Rest and get well soon! I'm with favored too... don't even THINK about playing softball silly!! LOL One last thing, in agreeing with former, this type of surgery should IMO only be performed when necessary. Not everyone will need to have the gallbladder removed. I still have mine *knock on wood*, and I've had TWO WLS... so it's just not always needed. Hugs to all.
  16. No way, don't bring yourself down! Because from where I'm standing, your progress is going great!
  17. Is there any way you can at least give up Ambien for a few weeks until your sutures have a chance to heal? The reasoning behind full liquids for a few weeks is that little food particles can get stuck in the suture areas. Hugs!! I hope you can get this figured out. That's quite an ordeal... It might be a good idea to consult both your surgeon and the Dr who prescribed the Ambien to you for guidance.
  18. Agreed with PDX, not only that but would you mind explaining what you mean by " "eliminate" out of my sleeve whatever I tried to eat" because to me it sound like you are vomiting up your food? If so, please please don't do this on purpose. You're stomach is already enflamed enough and forcing your self to eliminate will not make matters any better. Slow it down, and nothing wrong with going back on liquids for a few days until your stomach feels better. Hang in there!
  19. Yes!!! Great post! The scale does not define any one of us itself. There are so many little bits of fun ways to measure our success. I do have a photo like this somewhere in my albums on this website...
  20. Very very true!! I've also had to take myself out of a lot of negative situations because for me, it was just the Devil trying to win me back. NO WAY!! Blessings sister, keep it going! You're doing fantastic and I'm so darned proud for you!!
  21. I can't express this enough... thank you for sharing this experience. It can and will happen if we allow it to.
  22. Thanks to all of you, for your prayers and for your kind words!! I too believe as I walked in Faith that regardless of the outcome, I'm knowing it will be for a Greater purpose! Amen, Amen, Amen!! favored, do it sister!!
