  1. I can across this page and it laid everything out nicely for me. Maybe it will also help someone else who is getting ready for surgery. This is exactly what I needed and really makes me more comfortable with my new habits I need to create post op. http://www.murfsurg.com/dietary_guidelines_sleeve_gastrectomy.htm
  2. You go girl! I can't wait to be in regular size clothes!
  3. While in my weight loss journey I tried almost every protein powder out there. They were nothing but disgusting. The thickness, the after taste, and just plain nastiness doesnt sit we'll with me. Please tell me someone out there had the same reaction but found something good?
  4. Congrats! How many sizes did you go down?
  5. Hehe my insurance covers 100% of mental health...how can I pretend to be a therapist and charge myself?
  6. I am not a fan of turkey but sweet potatoes and green bean casserole is my weakness. I will say that having a piece of my mothers pumpkin pie is going to be on my plate. Even if its just a bite!!!
  7. LOVE this!!!! Isn't that why some of us Tried all the diet pills? To curb our hunger!! Without that awful bear in my stomach I for see it being a lot easier to deal with my food obsession.

  9. That's a wonderful response!
  10. I'm considering going to see the therapist that did my eval. I know I have underling issues that need to be worked out but do they really help you figure it all out? I am hoping to hear from people who have both had success and possibly didn't. I want the entire picture. I'm not asking anyone to give me details they don't want to share. Just if it worked!!
  11. That's a great mistake to make! How far are you out? I wonder how long it will be before you don't feel fat anymore.
  12. Thanks so much. I wasn't sure if this meant I would totally be a failure because I'm doubting myself. But you are right, losing and gaining and doing it over and over again is embedded into my brain.
