May 20th, 45 down...sounds like were all on the same track!!

The first couple of months were hard for me to...realizing you can eat anything almost.
I work through my weak moments by having SF everything available. Greek yogurt is my sweet tooth, WW string cheese with Melba is my salty. The way I lose weight is different I'm happy with 3-4# a month because the clothes keep getting looser and that's a great motivator. Keep up the good work!!

You'll hurt some, feel crappy for a few days, your port will be sore for a month or so. You band will be open so you will be hungry for a couple of months. Stay strong follow your pouch rules and it will be the new HEALTHY you before you know it!! Good luck you are doing the right thing!!

Probably just gas take a beano or a gas x before you eat and eat SLOWLY!! You've been through major surgery give yourself time to heal.

I was told the same...anything over 30 is wasted per 2-3 hours. She also said too much Protein at once can make you GASSY!!! We don't want that.. If you are using skim for your shakes don't forget to count that protein too.. +1 for the Premier Protein shakes they taste good 30g in those, and are about 17$ at sams for 12 boxes.
