    Newbie. Help?

Good to know your feeling better, don't let your self get dehydrated though hun.... I did and it put me back in hospital...but a week later and wow what a difference. No matter how pants it gets at the moment or the 'OMG what have I done' feeling.... We can all promise you, it will get better. X hugs x

    Finally learned

I got a stuck feeling last night, was enjoying chilli ..nom..nom...nom....and I mean really enjoying it...but I forgot to chew millions...and then I lost that enjoyment. That will teach me whilst on mushy food ! ... How much do people eat a day ? Yesterday I had half bowl fresh carrot soup. Two spoons ( in total) chilli Low fat yogurt And this was enough for me.... I'm assuming I will keep losing weight as although I'm not calorie counting even I know what I had won't be over 1000 maybe not 800 calories all day .. I was just wondering if this is normal or just down to the maybe swelling or the 1cc that's in my band at the moment. What sort of food day do other people have please ..or favorite meals. ..( so I can pinch the recipes hehe)
  8. Hi, anyone in the U.k that fancy a buddy ? ..to compare food ideas with , celebrate our loses and support our gains, hell even just to swop cloths with when we don't fit them no more :-)
  9. I've just had potentially life changing bad news...how to cope, before it would of been food.... Got my band now...comforter has gone.. :-(

Where do you lose your weight?

Feeling your pain there...my boobs already going... Hubby is and has been fully supportive of my band. When we first talked about it , he asked if my boob's would go, I said , most probably. If they keep going at this rate, next year I'll be having a boob job :-)

    Just got my band today

Just try to rest as your body needs to adapt and adjust to this new object. Just sip Water constantly as dehydration is a killer ! ...I know your hungry but don't try to eat , the pain but also you don't want to cause the band to slip x it took about 7 days for me to start feeling human again ( but that was partly my fault when I didn't drink enough) but if your at all worried call your center and have a chat
