11 days post-op, down 10 lbs; 25 days since I started pre-op diet, down 24 lbs

1 day postop, sore sore sore, also happy happy happy that my new life on the light side (Star Wars pun) has begun!!

2 more days until I get banded!! 10/29 is the first day of my new life. Excited, nervous, but know I have all of you to support me :-)

Liquid pre-op is killer! I totally cheated Friday but have done good since. Only 9 more days :-)

Got my official surgery date, Nov 14th!! Start pre-op diet on Nov 1, and have pre-op check-up on Nov 6.... Super Excited :-)

Playing the waiting game right now. Case submitted to insurance this past Monday, and they requested another year's history in weight. Got that to them this afternoon and they hope to have a decision to me by the end of next week. Tick toc....
