22 lbs in a little over a month and you're worried????

Just make sure you get your Protein and Water in. If you focus on protein first then water the calories won't matter. You will be too full.

10 weeks!

I was finally able to get some new clothes today! It felt so good to shop in the regular clothes for a change! I squeezed in a size 12 and wasn't afraid to buy the jeans. It's the little things!

Hopefully they will go away!

I did when I had lapband surgery. I was told it was an internal stitch that was not fully dissolved and trying to surface. It did look like a small pimple. It went away on its own, but you might call your doctor if you are concerned and it doesn't go away.

I have a bump on one end of my biggest scar. It sort of looks like a pimple. Has anyone else had this? What should I do? TIA

I'm 5'4" and weighed 198 at time of surgery. I wouldn't change a thing. The only thing is my weight loss is slower than others that I know that were heavier than I was. I'm 7 weeks out and am down to 177, which is great to me! Good luck!

2 weeks I was sleeping on my tummy

At 3 weeks I had only lost 15 lbs

I am also a patient of Dr Bruce. Love him and Sara!! I have BCBS NC and after my last preop appt it was a month later that I had my surgery. So it was pretty fast.

I had a lot of nausea the first 2 days. Ask for nausea meds. It will pass

Different doctors give different post op instructions. My post op phases are not as long as others. I was sleeved on 3/17 and am only 1 week away from regular food. I'm on soft foods right now and can start regular food slows after week 7. I do agree that fruit juices are very acidic and lots of sugar

Just cream Soups. Go figure

Oh yeah! Protein Drink is awesome. Pure Protein is good also. Protein and Water that's it

I haven't lost any in a week. ????. Im on week 3

I had surgery on March 16th. So I'm 14 days post op. I've lost 12lbs since surgery. I worked from home starting week 2 which was nice because I didn't have to get dressed to go anywhere. I went back to actual work today and it was tough. Just really tired but I'm sure it's because I haven't been very active

Hmmm my bariatric office sells GENEPRO. I've heard nothing but good things about it
