So, I have been uncomfortable with my weight most of my life. I would yo yo diet.... lose it for awhile, gain it back.... I'm sure we all know this story. About 200 I started my major weight gain.....and I could not just take it off.

Last year, 2012, I started having health issues..... first one thing then another. Blood pressure meds, anti depressants, anti inflamitories.... then I went to the DR. and I got some unfavorable A1C results- that was my absolute limit (not to mention the 300lbs my 5'2" frame was carrying).

I researched.... and figured my best option was lapband. I think it was the best descision of my life. I am down 60 lbs since July 2013. I feel better than I have felt in years. No BP meds anymore, no inflamitories, NO DIABETES!!!!!!

I am looking forward to living my life..... I actually have a life now.
