I have about the same to lose and I am Just starting the banding process. It made me really depressed when I was talking to my cousin about it and realized I could lose 2 times her weight (107) and still be overweight... I am trying to keep my chin up and stay positive there is no other way. I am nervous/ embarrassed to talk to my Dr. today It is the first time I am talking to her about a referral. I really hope having WLS will help my back problems I have not slept well in over a week. Sorry to vent I just wanted to say I am here for you and I wish you the best.

I was raised with the clean your plate rule but my parents served out our huge portions.... I don't allow my kids to waste food but they choose thier portion and I always remind them to start off small you can always add but it is hard to subtract food from your plate. *FentonMama*

I know there has to be a semi natural way to help tighten up loose skin... I am still trying to do some research for options. I hope to not have any extra skin by losing weight slowly staying hydrated and exercising. Like I have said I just like to plan ahead I have not been banded yet. *FentonMama*

The band did its job. How else did she lose 10 stone... I can tell you of i lost 140lbs I wouldn't be complaining that it didn't work. *FentonMama*

When you lost a lot of weight or when you reched your goal weight did you breasts get smaller? I know that everyone is different. To be perfectly honest I dont think I am vain I have just always had large breasts since i was like 9 so I dont know what it would be like to be small chested.

I am currently in Arizona but might be moving to Colorado soon will the change in altitude hurt my band once i am banded?

Ha now you ladies have me concerned I already want it more than my hubby but he spoils me so I usually get it when i want it. I may have to take cold showers to control myself after i am banded. *FentonMama*
