I am a mother of 8 and grandmother of 17. I had vsg in 2011. Lost 80 lbs but never reached goal. I developed scepter acid reflux and Barrett’s esophagus due to Gerds. Had revision to rny on 9/25/17. I have lost all but 5 lbs if my regain .
had revision from vsg to rny on 9/25. I don’t feel restriction but sometimes feel lousy after I eat. I am only eating from 600 to 700 calories a day and am not losing. Any suggestio
How is your protein intake? Are you getting enough fluids? Are you following your Dr's guidelines? Also, I have heard people say that they changed up their exercise regiment, increased their protein.
