I have been guzzling water and eating salty stuff lol only 18.5 hours till I know but who's counting.

I go tomorrow to see if I qualify for surgery. Last time I went I was two pounds under bmi was 39 no co morbids was told to come back in few weeks. Well tomorrow is the day u know I have the weight just scared of other loop holes that may prevent me from getting my surgery date scared us putting it lightly terrified is more the word. This surgery would mean the world to me a true gift

I think focusing on the weight is a good thing. But a lot of us are doing this for so much more than just a good number. I think it's healthy for people to remember that it's not just about what your losing Its about what you are gaining in return

Shop for my wedding dress in the regular size instead of special ordering one to fit my size

Goals that I am setting 1 Run a mile with out stopping 2. Run a 5k 3. Shop in the regular size section 4. Were a shirt tucked in and make it look good.. 5. Jump on a trampoline without fear of breaking it 6. go to a tanning bed with out fear of falling through 7. wear a bathing suit with pride 8. sit in a booth at a restaurant 9. Not being the biggest girl at a get together

Anyone have any luck getting there insurance to pay for tummy tick , thigh lift or arm lift possibly even boob job

ok I too have bcbs of Illinois Have you guess had to jump through any hoops to get your approval I have done everything i need to as far as psy eval and tests and all that. Im asking because I have a bmi of 40 no co morbid I dont want to be denied...Any comments

My prob is I wont have a weight history because up until this year I never had health insurance so i never went to a doctor. I am scared

Is there anyone out there that had a 40 BMI with no co mids. Did you guys have any problems getting insurance approved. I will be submitting my forms here soon and Im terrified that I will be denied. I dont know if i can handle that emotionally. I really want the help of this surgery to help change my life. I want to be happy again I want to feel beautiful. I have never had that, So any insurance feed back would be helpful.

You all give me hope. I too have pros since I was 20 now 26 I was lucky enough to have one child at 17. She was my blessing in disguise. I want more children I am hoping this surgery opens that door for me in the future. I'm only 26 I have plenty of time for. I need to get healthy first

I am pre op I have read where alot of you guys are talking about little energy. Are you able to tolerate or have any energy boosters. How would that effect you if you we're to try it. 5 hour powers coffee ect

I can't believe they through a fit over 2 pounds they said it was because of insurance

I ask because my boyfriend of three years will not think differently of me after I thin out but if I cut him off of sex that might be a different story lol
