    so i went to fil last week for some reason i was able to eat and couple days later i was no able to eat now i am in liquid but for how long should i be in liquid i just started today

      Same thing happened to me after my 2nd fill, and that was when I hit the green zone. Just gradually start eating regular foods and take it slow!

    Day 1 of the Liquid Diet... I am not going to lie, eating all day just makes me even more hungry. I am going to chalk that up to my body working the way it is supposed to. I am hoping that I can stick with it. I have to. This is going to change my life.

      You can DO IT!! The first 2 or 3 days are the hardest, I promise it will get easier! Stick with it girl!
