  3. Hi, My surgery is tomorrow July 10th. I have prepared for this day for the past 9 months. I have been to nutrition classes, support groups, eating classes, psych evaluations. I joined a gym and started meeting with a trainer every 2 to 3 weeks and he gives me new routines. I have change how i look at food. I know that it will be hard to get used to the new eating even with all the training I have done. I am so exited I cant wait till tomorrow.
