I have never and still on mostly liquids.. Wouldn't mind trying to measure cause I have no idea how much 2oz chicken looks like. How much are scales anyway? -
I'm In my 3rd week and can eat mushy but mostly liquids cause that fills me. Is this normal? How do I know if I need fill. 1st dr appt tomorrow. Also, I get some pains, could it still b gas???

Is it safe to eat little? I'm 3 weeks post op. mostly liquids and takes all day to try and get close to a full protein shake. I'm afraid to eat.

I did great my pre op diet of one week...3 days before surgery it was my bday and I cheated. It tasted great and I stand and then felt terrible but for next couple days I was strict again and all went well. I was 246 surgery day and 5'4. Good luck. Just b good till surgery and after u won't want to cheat

Your better then me. You should of gotten some pain meds in addition to Tylenol but you made it thru the rough part and period does not help. Good luck!

Congrats everyone. 2 nd week gets better. But my ladies, you understand this one, got my period 2nd week. Worst cramps and period in along time. Wondering if surgery made it worse?? Had surgery June 3rd...lost 13lbs so far!

My sister was always bigger but I was always chubby. She lost a bunch of wt and I gained a lot. For 1st time ever she is smaller but were both happy. However we have family members that constantly say" you gonna weigh more than ur sister" and those comments stink but gotta love family. It's not a completion but were raised to think it is at times. Congrats!!

Lol. I used to have a high drive and it went down with the wt gain. I already find myself wanting more.... But no current partner so have fun for me!

I know exactly how you feel but we can't blame others if they are not attracted to overweight people. I'm overweight and only been with skinny guys. As long as people we care about respect that people they think are fat... Are in fact people. I say use that man for all he's good for lol and move on when ur ready!
