  1. What do u tell them ? Only a select few know I am banded. When others ask I tell most if the truth .. I eat around 1100 calories n workout 6 days a week.

    NSV... I go to pick my mother up today at her friends house and I am walking down the court and my mom didn't recognize it was me lol. Granted her friend hasn't seen me since in months but my mother is my neighbor and sees me almost daily!!! LOL. SHe actually told her friend I don't think thats her she's to skinny ROFL... ( and the comment was not in a negative way my mom is my biggest cheerleader no matter what) it made me chuckle

    Vitamins

    I use the bariatric advantage crystals I mix in my wTer in the morning they are good. It took a week to get used to but never horrible. Now it's like flavored water. I do the auto ship so I never run out. I also use the calcium chew from them in caramel it's like a little treat when I crave a lol something. A calcium chew it is n ur says 3 a day so it works out for me. Oh have tines changed sine being banded and all for the good. I aslo take 5000 mg of biotin

    Refried beans with a lil taco sauce melted cheese or guacamole . (Burritoless BURRITO) . Or sour cream . Also ricotta with sauce and a little mozzarella n grated cheese Noodless lasagna

    Learned to love...

    I'm on a scallop kick. They are 17 g of protein for 4 ounces and super quick to cook which is a great lunch takes no time to cook n I can warm in the microwave which is good cause I can not tolerate reheated food so lunch options need to be freshly made. N I have switched my snack to a protein bar I love the new direction bars from nyu no quest bars are good. I try to get as much protein as I can in. In a pinch ill drink an Isopure

  13. Pictures definitely show us what we can't see sometimes. I take pictures and am keeping a journal of my transformation. I made a collage Of 4 pics at different tines since June 1 n bring banded July 1 OMG the difference is a good motivation . I keep it on my phone to look at when I'm having a blah day congrats on the work you put in to get here

    Oct 1 246.8 Goal for oct 31 was 235 at a standstill this week at 236.8 no change from last week but staying focused maybe ill hit it by Thursday already looking to drop my10 for November ... Scale the same but body sure us changing

    JULY 2013 BAND BUDDIES

    Banded July 1 down 58 pounds 3 fills I think total of 5 cc in my band maybe a lil less. Greatest decision of my life to date. Spinn 4-6 days a week eat about 1100 calories a day.
