    I'm going on my 4th month and I can eat about 3-4 pieces and then I'm completely stuffed. Just make sure the roll u pick is moist. I don't do tempura rolls. And do low sodium sauce.

    No pound loss

    Well i took the advice and just took it easy even splurged on a nice healthy treat.. and had carbs got on the scale this morning and im down 2 lbs im muscles are no longer sore so im taking another rest day then back to the gym i go.. im excited its been over a month and finally the scale has moved. i dont weigh myself ever day but 2 times a week.. yay..

Ok so I have been at the same weight for about 1 1/2 months I am doing what I'm suppose to I don't eat carbs at all endless it's in veggies and those are minimal I eat protein before everything and I workout . I keep my calories down as the dr wants I drink water like a fish I know I'm loosing inches but no weight is coming off. I'm burning a crap tone of calories on my workouts which are 5 times a week for an Hour in a half! I feel great about my workouts and I don't want to stop going so hard I just find it weird no weight loss.

    I'm only 3 months in October I'll be 4 months on the 24th! I'm 26 and I'm 186lbs and goal is 130 so 56 lbs to go! Was a size 18 now a 13/14 medium to large tops was xl to xxl ! I know there is a difference but I'm 4'11 this isn't a health weight or stature for me so loosing weight is a must as to why I had surgery! No green zone yet 3rd fill next week I'm at 6cc in my 10cc band. My dr is aggressive with fills so maybe this fill will help as I can eat just about whatever and still be hungry but I don't I keep up with everything I do and eat. Just walking isn't an option for me I did this to change my life so I can be active again be able to chase my kids and play sports again . In a way I've already gain what's important but I have larger goals to get to!

    I keep my sodium down I'm such a stickler on what I eat now never used to be ever! My dr wants me at 1200 calories and no less than 800 a day !

    I know but it just sucks I thought by now I would have dropped at least about her 15 pounds I burn nearly 1000 calories in my workout and then whatever I burn durning the rest of the day. Ill stick to it .
  9. Hopped out of the shower and wrapped a standard size towel around me and it completely wrapped around me and hide my body it's been years since that has happened cried looking at myself in the mirror !

  12. I've been stuck for about a month the only way I was losing was when I would do liquids finally after my second fill I feel restricted!! Come on baby lets go work out!

    Talking to my PCP

    My husband is military you pcp has to be on board with the surgery my dr. Was the one to point out to me that I can have the surgery. We started our six month diet plan and I went to the seminar and choice my surgeon . About 8 months later I finally got banded and now nearly 40 lbs lighter! Good luck
  14. Dealing with family issues and haven't had much food since last Friday.. ive dropped nearly 10 pounds due to this stress everyone might think that's awesome but this isnt the way i want to be losing weight..sweet thought my way would be welcomed with open arms.

    LADIES ONLY PLEASE!!!

    Mine have been irregular since surgery and i dont have much cramps before but now i do as well. my dr. for down under said its common and once our bodies have fully healed it should pass. but we are all different so going to your dr. would be ideal.. just in case..

    How was your weight loss for this month? I'm starting to eat normal foods no breads or pasta plenty of meat and some cooked veggies. No fill and staying the same for about 2 weeks! Normal?

    Anyone else gaining in the second stage? I've gained only 1.5 lbs but its a gain. :-(

    I never did mushie foods I'm on soft foods steamed veggies, chicken and fish, beans, yogurt pretty much on full solids just nothing raw and no pasta or bread

    One month results

    Ive just been following my dr.'s orders.. and i just started the couch 2 5k program its tough but i love it and feel like a million sweat bucks after the workout.. i cant wait for the second month and to start doing more than just cardio.. thanks for the sweet comments in this journey it lifts everyone up..

    Not enough calories post op?

    im 3 weeks out and cant tolerate my shakes anymore i go to see my dr. in 4 days ive been put back on clear liquids and my dr. says as long as i stay hydrated then ill be ok.. I have no appetite and i still try to sip on a shake as asked to but im maybe getting 300 calories in.. just sip and take your time and your dr.s are there so call if your worried or scared or concern..

    protein shake sux's

    i havent had a shake in 3 days i just cant stomach it im on broth and clear liquids and im dying i have 5 days left til i go in for my next stage of mushy foods. your not the only one.. ive vomited once already and have been dry heaving every time i try to drink a shake.. ive even got the clear kind and every other kind nothing will go down and stay down .. sucks doesnt even cover the feeling..
