Well my doctor give me a list of shakes but I also purchase the premier and that shake was not in the list to keep it to drink in my job and I keep them in the refrigerator because it was convinience for me so far I lost 10 pounds in -10 days, honestly I do not see nothing wrong with replace one shake with other brand that a lot of people also use and they are okay using those brands but that is a choice you have to make , I know I did my, good luck with you diet

My doctor told me 2 weeks to fully recover and back to work , my surgery is nov 6 and I am planing to comeback to work nove 20, for me is better to take the time off for a complete recovery.

Hi I am in my 7 day liquid diet , and of course I am thinking food ), I am a very dedicated person but I would like to know what we can eat when you are allowed to eat solid after surgery , my surgery is november 6 are we allowed to eat meat, rice, beans , i would like to know, thanks

Hi my diet allow the following 4 shakes 2 with skim and 2 with crystal lite Jellow or pudding sugar free Apple sauce unsweeted Raw vegetables oatmeal Yogurt V8 juice Water

Yes I guess all doctors are different my nutrisionist is a bariatric specialist , I visit a regular nutrisionist before but the doctor office request a bariatric specialist and when I went she give me a lot of information so different from the regular nutrisionist.

Hi it is not easy today I am in my thirth day but so far I keep going strong with my diet, my nutrisionist give me a example of a daily meals as follow Morning meal. shake + 1/2 cup of oatmeal or wheat Morning snack pudding or Jello sugar free Afternoon meal shake with crystal lite + yogurt Afternoon snack 1/2 cup unseweetened apple sauce Evening meal shake with skim milk with raw vegetables , tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers etc Bed time snack shake with crystal lite with 1/2 cup tomatoes or 1cup tomato v8. As you can see you eat something 6 times a day also deink at least 64 oz of Water, I hope this can help you just be strong because at the end of our journey we will be rewarded

Hi I am using skim milk with 2 shakes and crystal ligh with the other 2 , i was allowed to eat raw vegetables it make a difference, we can do this!!!

Congratulations be strong is not easy the liquid diet, today was my second day I am hanging in there!!!!

Hi today I received my approval from cigna it took two weeks, next wednesday is my pre op and I am getting banded nov 6!! Good luck to all of us getting banded in november, a little scared but firm in my life change
