    Sip on Water and Protein Shakes. I found the Urjury Protein chicken broth very soothing. Hope you feel better soon.

    Hello. I walk 5 miles per day. 3 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening when it cools off. I live in Texas also and it's already heating up around here so I try to get started as early as I can. My walking is mixed with some jogging I just started this week. It's the first time I've ran in 26 years. When I first started walking in February, I was only doing 1 mile at 25 minutes so I'm proud that I have worked up to 5 miles in 90 minutes. I feel great by the way and look forward to one day running 5k.

    Hi everyone:) I just found this forum and thought it was great! Wish I could have found it sooner with all the questions I had before my surgery but I'm sure I will have more. I hope I can help someone too with their questions on their WL journey as well. I was banded March 15, 2013. Had my first fill April 26, 2013. I've lost 28 pounds so far. No problems with the band yet but still seeking my green zone. I love my band and look forward to my transformation and new life. Look forward to chatting with all of you:)
