  2. I like Orlinas. Make sure you order up one size I probably wear a 36 or 38 D in most bras but get a 40DDin Orlinas. They push up and forward. 5 to 6 hooks in back and they are pretty.

  4. June 10th for me!!
  5. I make my own smoothies water, spinach, 1/2 banana, stevia, protein powder, frozen strawberries or blueberries. This is prior to my pre-op liquid diet, which I am only required to do for 3 days.
  6. I do not have to do the pre-op until three days before surgery as I am a low BMI'er. I plan to actually do it for 10 days. It's these days before that I am fighting for control. I start out the day with conviction but give in to temptation and binge for a few hours and then rein it back in before evening. I usually do well when it comes down to the wire. And look forward to the additional tool the surgery will be to help maintain the new habits I will develop.
  7. My only problem is the more junk I eat the ickier I feel. Everyday I think I'll be better today can't wait to have the tool to give me the edge to overcome! Binging be gone!
  8. Really if you think about it...when friends and family say they don't think you are that fat or they think you look great the way you are...what do we expect them to say...yeah you really need to lose weight you are really fat! People naturally want to make you feel ok about yourself. I don't think they mean to be unsupportive they just lack understanding of your life or the surgery. I have learned not to take it personally. I have to do what I need to do to get off this unhealthy merry go round! They'll get it it when I am healthy!

  14. I am looking into Genepro unflavored. Can add to hot or cold. Like applesauce, yogurt, coffee.
  15. Will I continue to take my rather large capsule following surgery?

  18. I was banded with 4cc band about 5 or 6 yrs ago by Dr Kuri only complication was my port had flipped and to go back for them to fix My band is fickle though. Sometimes not able to hardly swallow Water and then other times I can eat nearly anything. I have less than one cc fill and still find it to be enough. I think the band has prevented me from gaining back the original 50 lbs I lost. I would like to lose another 30 to 50 lbs but can't seem to get motivated enough. It's all up to me...
