  1. Hey Binx!! Yay!!! Was hoping to find someone to sharey journey too. Where are you from? Well, I've been practicing with the liquid diet. I really like the EAS shakes. They have 17 grams of Protein, 3 g of carbs, and has Vitamins. If your not a diabetic, the key is to keep your sugar levels low within the normal range. Helps keep cravings under control most of the time. :) Here in Massachusetts, they have what is called pca (patient controlled analgesia), so every time you have pain you press a button and you medicate yourself. However, it does have a a lock system that won't allow yourself to overdose. :)


  2. Good luck to everyone having surgery this month!! I'm new to this site, so just exploring a little. I'm having my surgery next month if everything goes well. I have a question. What made you decide for lap band rather than the other surgeries? I live in Massachusetts and my surgeon here was really pushing the sleeve, but refused just because of the cutting. Thanks in advance for your replies. :)
