I took an aerobics class today. I shook my booty, twisted, gyrated, and jumped up and down for 30 minutes… then, I stood triumphantly in a pool of sweat. Finally! I got the zipper closed on my shorts! :-P

I think I hired the wrong fitness trainer - He gave me a book on exercise and he bookmarked the pages with hamburger wrappers! :-P

My weight loss is starting to attract attention at work. Not sure I'm comfortable with that!

Getting kinda wierded out here. Down another 2 lbs overnight. That's 6 lbs in 2 days. That's after 2 weeks of no weight loss. Am I getting visits from the "Fat Fairy" at night?

New NSV - 1st time in 5 years that I didn't have to pull out some of my dress shirt to take the strain off my neck!

I am so "head hungry this morning!" Didn't get enough sleep last night and my head is telling me to eat some carbs to perk me up.

2 Victories in 1 Week! Dropped 2 1/2 lbs after a 2 week stall AND had my 1st week where I walked 10k or more steps 5 days in a row.

A new NSV today. My gut has shrunk enough that I was able to slide my car seat forward an inch.
