I had my band on November 7 and want to do Zumba tonight. I still have the steri strips and see the surgeon next Tuesday Nov 26. Don't know if I should wait to see him or if I should be ok? I know to stop if I start hurting- wouldn't be the first time I walked out.

I've been wanting to start sit ups but haven't done them yet because I don't want to mess the port up. I want to start toning ASAP so I dot have as much loose skin once I get to goal. -

I seen that post! I was just thinking its more dancing and not pulling/pushing type exercise. My instructions are no strenuous exercise for 4 weeks to keep my core "quiet". So I guess that's my answer -

Ok AZ people! Some of us have decided to meet up and get to know each other in person! It's kind of impromptu so hopefully everyone that wants to com can make it! Tuesday November 19th at 1230 at the Chandler Mall Food Court area. Hopefully we can make this a monthly thing? Hope to see everyone there! I'm excited can't wait!

I was banded last Thursday the 7th and went back to work today! No issues at all I can definitely feel where the port(I'm guessing) was attached to my muscle but its not a horrible pain just tender. I also have a desk job. -
