I'm still only pre op but have already been told once I get banded I can no longer eat popcorn -

So just got back from my last Ins required weigh in and I GOT THE GREEN LIGHT! I am so excited I didn't completely screw myself with being bad with the trial run pre op diet! I promise I won't mess around with the actual pre op diet! Now just "patiently" waiting for the Ins to approve me and confirm my surgery date of Sept 27! -

Yes. Some people use slimfast, but they have a lot of sugar and not as much protein as some other Protein shake choices out there

I have only told who needs to know (my kids only because they went to a couple appts with me and my Aunt- she is my ride home!) No one else would be supportive of any type of WLS. I don't want nor need their negative comments! All they need to know is I am eating heavier and exercising which will be the truth and they can just sit there with their jaws dropped watching my transformation! Congrats on your weight loss so far! -

Congrats on the great weight loss so far! 364lbs is where I'm starting from I keep losing and gaining the same 5-10lbs! I can't wait for surgery (09/27) Please keep us posted on your journey! -

Excellent! I can't wait for my surgery to hurry up and get here! How long is your pre op diet? I have to do a 3wk pre op due to my BMI -

So I have my last Ins appt Monday and I'm so scared they are going to say to bad so sad can't have the surgery I was suppose to be on a trial pre op diet from the 9th to the appt but I ha e been so bad I think it's all mental that I would have to do 10days then 3 wks for the actual surgery and that's just to much. I'm so scared I completely screwed myself -
