  1. Yeah..I'm not there yet. I thought I was, but it was just those first days after a fill tightness. Ive only had 2 so Lie you said...trial and eror. I'm going to urge my doc to do a full cc this next fill. He wants to go .5 each month from here on out. Charles...how did you determine your caloric needs for MFP?

  4. Awesome update. I'm going to add you on myfitnesspal. I'm super interested in seeing your food logs. Are you in the green zone with 8.6ccs? Oh, I'm tentseven on MFP!
  5. It's good motivation, isn't it, to keep losing! Way to go!
  6. I am patting myself on the back today. My hubby is deployed and like any marriage...some days it's really a lot of work to remember why I stay married...especially when we are trying to converse via chat and nothing is coming across right...BUT...where I might normally eat a bag of chips and wallow in my misery...today I picked up a cookie, stared longingly at it...put it down and went out and ran/walked on my treadmill for 30 min. Huge accomplishment for me. The start of bucking that stress eating habit I have. It would have been so easy just to eat the darn thing and skip exercising. The best part was realizing I didn't really want that cookie. I wanted the exercise. Hoping this NSV becomes a habit!
  7. I just sent you a PM...lets talk offline and I'll give you all that info and lay out the process.

  18. My PCP was anti banding. She wanted me to lose it on my own and promised she'd be there every step and every pound. *rolling eyes*. She quit a month later, but not before I'd convinced her to give me approval to look into it with the informational seminar. Turns out that approval acted as a "recommendation." I never looked back!
  19. I love the "ooooooooooohhhhhhh...." Very knowing look when they find out you have the lapband followed by "my aunt/brother/mother/neighbor/coworker got it and they are still fat." Thank you for your support.
  20. So great! Love this NSV!
