I know this sounds crazy but a friend banded before me shared this and it worked. When you are up walking around do a chicken walk... Flap your arms a lot. It stirs up the gas and helps you pass it. Walk as much as you possibly can. That helped me tremendously. I also got some gas x strips.

I'm having same issues. Allergies are killing me and meds not helping. Have appt with doctor tomorrow for unfill :-/.
