My new little niece in Melbourne who is only 4 months old has been in hospital for the past 2 weeks with an unexpected heart condition. She is being operated on tomorrow morning. Puts everything into perspective. We will be glad when the operation is over and she starts putting on weight again. She's almost back to her birth weight. Poor little darling.Oh Kelli, a difficult time for your family, my granddaughter is only 4 months old, and I can't imagine how I would be feeling if she was unwell... Thinking of you and your family and hope for a full and speedy recovery for your little niece..... X

Hi Deb. I'm in Qld - going in on the 14th.....The time has flown much faster than I thought it would! Good luckHi ozeedonkey! We're close in dates then... Good luck with urs... Have u had a band previously or straight to the sleeve. I had a band but it didn't work very well, then it eroded into my stomach lining, which was quite unpleasant and had it removed. I vowed to myself then, I was not having any more surgery again! That was about 14 months ago now and I can't wait for next Monday! Bring on my new ME! I know this time will be my last weightless surgery because this will work ! :-)
