  2. How was your pain after surgery? I have a 1&2 yr old I'm wondering how bad off I'll be and how long my husband should take off once I get approved etc.

  5. Same boat!! I have a 1&2 year old and never away from them. Can't wait to get some sleep but I know I'll miss them! Plus since I just had the two of them it seems so I hate staying in hospitals!
  6. I'm really lucky with kaiser I only have a $500 copayment wish they covered the cosmetic part also!

  9. I haven't met with the surgeon yet waiting to be approved to move forward I just know this is a kaiser requirement. I'll give the protein shakes a try maybe for lunches and do a light breakfast And healthy dinner. Looks like me and my treadmill need to become friends again!

  11. It's the surgeons requirement I have not cal kaiser. I would need to loose 22 lbs. your right though I just have to do it! I have a 1&2 yr old and it's so hard to get the time for myself
  12. But if I've never been successful at loosing weight how am I supposed to loose 10%??? I've never been able to loose that much

  14. That's exactly what I was thinking. I wanted band but started reading up on it and seems like more up kept and more hassel. Also seems the band has so many complications and risks .
  15. If i get approval I'll have my surgery at the Fremont Kaiser. Anyone go there and what was your experience Ana requirements???

  17. This is all great advice thank you so much! Thursday mr psychiatrist will give me the ok to move forward with process or not. I think I will push for the sleeve! How was your recovery time?
