    I'm at 16 days post op and I can tell a big difference already so can everyone else. I measured myself day after surgery and I already have a 5 in loss around my waist I can also see it in my arms and legs....I mention that because it hasn't been a big change in weight but a big change as far as inches. Anyways...Congrats on your progress & good luck on your journey!
