    feelin very frustrated....i was so close to being 100 lbs off. I had to get some fluid out n ive put almost 5lbs on n i was only 5 lbs away from my goal....pretty upset with myself :(

      I did go in....he said my bursitis was pretty bad so I got a shot its startin 2 feel a lil better he told me not 2 workout 4 awhile 2 rest it bt I am havin a hard time not workin out my body got used 2 it n luvs it
