I know that I could put this in another page I just wanted to share before you banding. I have a girlfriend that was banded a year ago and she said to be careful blending the Protein Shakes in a blender because it adds air to it and we need to learn to burp. She says she uses the pre-mixed shake. Just want to save you all a thing ache.

I also start my pre op soon. My surgery is may16, I'm excited, nervous, and scared all at once. Good luck with everything.
