Thank you Lori. I just don't want to set myself up for failure, but like you said, it takes time to change bad habits. As they say, "Rome wasn't built in one night." I also belive the statistics that 90% cheat. How do they expect a food addict to go from eating McDonalds one day, to just drinking Protein shakes as a meal. It is really tough, and takes a lot of discipline. Like B-52 said, you wouldn't need the lap band if you could do it on your own. I was really hard on myself at first, but I understand that I have a problem, and this is what I am doing to get help. It's a process, and I have to be honest with myself, and work hard to change, and get the results I want in the end. Thank you for all the support. This has really helped encourage me, and restore my hope.
