Hello al .. iam goin for my 2nd fill tomorrow ... so excited:) .. banded, {3/14/13 ,start weight 246lbs} i juss weighed in at 198lbs im very plz i lost another 15lbs .. i was stuck in the beiging of the month with my first fill.. but i juss stuck to it, keep positive aet healthy, n excersied… N took al the advice dat was givin to me! I dont have n e restriction yet but hopin to have some with this fill, bcuz i tend to have one too many Snacks from time to time.. but keepin positive n makin da rite choices is sometims so hard!!

Hey al, i dont no wat it is about scambel eggs every time i try to eat them it get stuck.. {boiled is good}. I love an egg omlett but no can do!!

I wana no is it true if u try the liguid diet, {the diet bfor the u get banded} u will not lose n ure body will do the oppisite.. cuz i ask my nutt if it was okay to due that diet bcuz i lost alot of wieght n fast .. n she said no..,???

Omg same thing with me.. its crazy. N i try my hardest not to step on the scale but its like i cab stop my self.. n its like my mind is playin tricks on me . I cud finish eatin feel full n 10 to 15 min later um hungry.. so u snak on a popsicle or rice cake ect ...

{Banded 3/14/13..start wieght 246lbs goal 165lbs.. first fill 4/27/13}. 3cc / okay so im freakin out cuz i step on da scale lass week thrusday 203 lbs very plz, i weight my self today n im 207.8 .. wth hell is goin on .. im only eatin da diet food.. but im constanly stayin hungry! N e adavice plz:(

Hey all, so im havin sum trouble.. im stuck between 4lbs some days im two lbs less others im two lbs more. Banded 3/14/13 start wieght 246lbs goal 165lbs .. i lost close to 50lbs al together, im very pleased .. but idk wats da problem my nutt says dats common .. n e sujestion?? on wat to eat or do? {Becus im walkin more n stickin to my diet, i get full for alil bit, then im hungry again, had my first fill .. i feel da difference but no wieght lost ..

Is it normal to not b thursty the day after ure first fill

Got my first adjustment today .. not hungry .. only 3 cc .. on liquids till Friday.

Hey all, im so hyped my first fill is on thursday.cant wait.. i have bein very gasy its al day. Was wonderin will it decrease after my fill or speak to my dr.

I have bien feelin very hungry,.. but im nor cheatin .. im eat only te diet food like wasa crackers ect.. isthere a limit on how much? Also is it ok to eat unsalted alomands withyello rasisins n cranberries /walnuts!??

Okay so im dune with the mushy diet since las week friday , n i noticed its Sumtines hard getting solids down like potatoes or even chesse if i dont chew till its mushy,n im so gasy its crazy , wat shud i take for the gas,n i assume that my body is getting use to taking in solid food again so maby thatts y its getting kinda stuck:)

Omg im goin thru the same thing,(banded 3/14/2013) ive heard that its normal ,cuz its like ure body goes into shock cuz ure not Eatin the same ...but its scary ,n kinda depressing ,its bad inuff wit al the changes made with the diet. Im even considering putting extensions, dr says my hair will grow bak but who nos how long dat will take , but stayin positive thats my thing..

Ino its tough but hang in there drink lots of Water eat thoes sugar free popsicles, .. wish u the best;)
