Question ,r sugar free chocolate fudge popsicles Ok to eat while on the mushy diet .. cuz the list on wat to eat states sugar popsicles but sayin nuthin about not having fudge ones!

So its ok to, ty i can sleep now feelin less guilty!!

Constipation sucks wat shud i do , i tryed prune juice, now marilax ,im on the mushy diet no protein shakes, eatin lots of greens n im very uncomfortable n e sujestions??

I have constipation, n its killing me i tryed prune juice , miralax was my lass choice cuz i took it be for n cudnt stop goin, but its werid cuz i stated the mushy diet about one week ago n now im constipated. N im eating greens.. idont understand ,wen i was drinking protein shakes i was fine , is this Normal n e other sujestions ??

Happy Easter everyone, so today was a big family dinner with lotts of food.... i wana no if it was ok for me to eat soft mushy pork ribs wit fat free bbq sauce, (also i cheated had a lil bit of blue berry corn bread like to spoons full) ... everyone is is like dat nuthin but im feelin so guilty... but wen i get home 3 hrs after dinner im hungry so i eat sum cottage chesses low fat plain , n im nauses .. is be cuz of da corn bread or may da pork???

Yes so true iam healin but im also anxious.. about losin the weight, but iam gion to take it day by day and continue to listen to my dr , and i will definitely go to the web site that u recommend ,i appreciate ure advice:)

Its bein two weeks since i got banded. One week after the band was put in i weighed in .. went the next week to see the nutritionist,n im the same weight..

Mmm that sounds good, i was big fan on homemade ice tea but then i discoved ice coffe n it was over lol , but im goin to start makin ice tea again cuz i dont like crystal lite its to sweet,... thanks for the idea:)

So i started my mushy diet yesterday, n its goin well .. but today im feeling hungry, i keep thinking about it ,but im doin things to to keep me bizy.. i got to eat chesse n i think my brain is super happy n is thinking hungry... im eatin da 1/4 of a cup im supposed to .. i need to stop bs'n and listen to my stomach n not my brain!!

But another thing ms.chez, yesterday my nutritionist said to stop drinking the ensures but that if im not home or dont have mushy food avilible , to pack one juss in case till i get home only if im hungry .
