Hi Sonya, My dietician appt is Wednesday too. Since I'm going through insurance, I probably won't get banded till September. Isn't this a group diet class on Wednesday?

I had my first appointment with Dr. Machado last week. My first dietician appointment is next week This is my second time starting process. I had a surgery date 2 years but had to cancel for personal reasons. I'm ready now and can't wait!!

10, 30 or 50 pounds lost is a great accomplishment. Be proud of yourselves!! I don't know any of you but your losses give me inspiration...
