  1. I just realized that the Protein is what is nauseating me. Not just the shake but I drank a portion of a high protein whey bottle drink 42 gms in 5or 6oz bottle. I drank that over a 2 day period. I have been drinking the same protein mix for the past six months, just banded 3/22/13. It did bother me a tiny bit before but not like it is now. I guess I will sip slower.

  2. Lucky u!! It's amazing how different people handle the surgery. I also was banded 3/21. I so wish I had little pain. It hurts for me to get up and down mostly.

Can't wait to watch us progress this year!

I am also havin a lot of pain, 2 nd day post op. I've had three children, I can handle pain. I'm not able to swallow without a mild pain in my esophagus feels like a painful burp needs to happen. I sure hope this normal

  4. I'm going in a few hours for surgery. Nervous, second guessing myself. Thinking about not eating with the family at gatherings. It just seems so final and my sister, God love her, said, "We will just have to find joy in new things and view food as fuel to live".

This pic is me 3 weeks ago. Looking forward to seeing much less of me!

Prayers for all of you for a quick recovery, transition to your new lifestyle and wonderful results to your body and health!
