I don't start my pre op 3 week liquid diet til 4/15. But ive already started lessening my calories/solid food intake so i wont go into complete food shock/withdrawal. In hoping this will make it a little easier once i fully transition..., Just remember how long you've tried to lose weight, the pain it's caused...,We have to say GOODBYE to the things that hurt us, yet make us feel sooooo good...FOOD! YOU CAN DO IT!!! -
