Good to hear from you. Take it easy tomorrow....follow your surgeons directions and you should do fine. I would suggest you get some crushed ice to help with your Water intake...and a heating pad will help your upper back for gas...just will soothe you warming you. Be careful getting up...roll to your side then push up with your arms....go slow....it will get better as each day passes! Hang in there!

These feelings are normal. I was scared too..I knew that once I got to the hospital I would be ok. I spent 3 months getting prepared for it...seeing the cardiologists' date=' the nutritionist, and the shrink....I kept telling myself...I was going to feel better getting this surgery. That was my mantra the night before...I still got scared...but 7 months out...I feel great. No regrets at all. I have sooo much more energy now that I am 52 #s down. shake your fears off and go for it.[/quote']
