  1. I'm doing fine. I wish you would try to get in to see your obgyn before the Sept appt with Yau.
  2. Argon they are just too cute? You are really doing great with your final few pounds. Any news on a date yet. Are you still planning to move to BC. I just inherited 2 black 5 year old miniature poodles. They are very cute and look like an oreo cookie when my 12 year old Bichon Friise is in the middle. I will get my daughter to take some pics and post them soon.
  3. Happyhayley15 - I meant the shy stuff for you. :embarassed:
  4. Welcome all of you new little virgin bandsters. Hee Hee Hee. Haizel there is no need to feel shy ever at tlbc. Everyone there is in the same boat as you and are usually quite willing to share there good and bad times. You ladies have all started off so well. Keep up the great work. We'll be in our thongs in no time. God help the world!
  5. Peaches - lunch is on September 16 at 12 noon at the Sierra Grill at the Bayview Mall northeast corner of Sheppard and Bayview. It is outside the mall in a seperate bldg. I look forward to seeing you there. Donna - You will always be there with us in spirit. Rose - Hey sounds like you are doing fine. Glad to hear it. You should be in great shape to join us for the sept. lunch.
  6. Great job Leslielee. Your weight loss is fantastic.
  7. How are you feeling Loriely?
  8. Thanks to all that attended todays lunch at Applebee's. It was great to meet everyone and put a face to a name. We had one gentleman join us and I hope we didn't embarass him too much. I look forward to our September lunch. Take care, D:hungry:
  9. Hi Kat44. You can and will do whatever you want. Sometimes we just have to try and take the consequences. I love bread but I can no longer eat a bun or toast for that matter. I can eat well cooked pizza in moderation and that is how I get my bread fix now. I did the try and see and had to bring it up. Go for it if you feel the need and see what happens. You will find alternatives if it doesn't happen for you. Good Luck
  10. Glad to hear you are coming Cindy. I will be there even if no one else is. Come on east end bandsters join us.
  11. Sherrylyn you are so fortunate to have health coverage there. Most of us have dished out $16,000 for the procedure. I guess you are referring to the time lost waiting for the thing to happen. Look at it this way, you are ahead a lot of money for all those new clothes and possible plastic surgery costs. Hoping for a safe and speedy recovery for you, good luck, D
  12. Hey Bejewelled happy to hear from you. I still have some demons to deal with. Last nite I went nuts on chips, ice cream and cookies. I will avoid the scale for a few days. Keep trying to watch what is going in. Your second fill will certainly help. I was a very slow starter too.
  13. Welcome to the banded side. Get lots of rest. Walking around the house will help with the gas. We're thinking about you.
  14. You are no longer dreaming. That nice healthy new body will be yours in no time. I look at it as this being my last fat summer...
  15. :embarassed: OOOOOPPPSSSS I forgot. The time is for 12 noon.
  16. Hello everyone.:hungry: Just a friendly note about lunch this Sunday, August 19 at Applebee's in Ajax. It is on Kingston Road between Harwood and Salem on the south side. See you there... D
  17. I didn't have any fill done during my initial surgery. I was done at TLBC. Is that how Dr. Coburn does it. I'm glad you took the advise here and got that taken care of. You can always fall back on this site for sure.
  18. Happy to have you join us. We're all here and most of us have been there and done that.
  19. Sherrylynn is your surgery being paid by health insurance? Is that the reason for the long wait?
  20. Patricia it's nice to hear that Dr. Yau is being a little more creative. How are you feeling post op?
  21. Sweet I haven't put a claim in yet as I had my surgery this April 07. From what I have heard it is about $3000. that you'll get back. Maybe someone who has claimed can let us both know. How are you feeling by the way? Can you burp now and did you call TLBC?
  22. Hi Argon, photocopies should be fine. You are doing fabulous by the way. Diamonds seem to have an effect on you......
  23. How you doing Leslielee?
  24. Jurema just wondering how you are doing. How is your Dad coming along. Hope to hear from you soon. Take care.
