Jurema ~ Port Hope in east on the 401 past Newcastle. The exit is number 464. Then go north it is just over the bridge. You can actually see it from the 401 exit. I really hope you'll come cuz I would love to see you again~ Hope ~ I remember wondering if I would ever eat a hamburger again and many other things. I think all of us bandster know how to and can lose weight. Our problem is keeping it off. We have all lost weight and put it and more back on. This should put an end to that for all of us. Looking forward to meeting you.

Jurema, I'm doiing alright. I haven't lost a remarkable amount of weight but my skinny clothes are starting to fit and the fat ones look awful. Go figure. I have been hovering at mid 185 to 187 for 2 months now and it is frustrating. I'm not doing any sort of exercise other than Yoga once a week so I'm sure that isn't helping the situation. I hope I see you soon. What fill level are you at? I am at about 5.75 I think.

Hi Lianna, I'm doing fine. I was at my cottage this weekend and saw the exit for Swiss Chalet so I know where I'm going now. I'm glad you are doing so well. It's all down hill from here. LOL

Wheezy that is the right attitude. It is hard to see others drop weight so quickly, athough I am happy for them, but I think that as long as we keep our chins up and look at the big picture, it will come to us too.
